Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for qualifying leads (both inbound and outbound), identifying opportunities, cold calling and closing sales. If you are a self-starter who is deeply passionate about customer satisfaction let us have a conversation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction

  • Demonstrate and maintain extensive product knowledge

  • Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM system

  • Field your own leads and prospects through various paid networks (provided)

  • Maintain active engagement with prospects using creative follow-up communication

  • Efficiently manage a high volume of both outbound and inbound communications

  • Assess customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions

  • Ensure a seamless hand-off to the customer success team

  • Meet & exceed targets & objectives

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS

  • Linked-In sales navigator knowledge

  • Commitment to pursuing a career in sales

  • Consistent track record of overachieving

  • Passion for technology and the ability to speak knowledgeably about the industry

  • Clear communication, a deep sense of empathy, and a commitment to integrity

  • Empathetic listener and persuasive communicator

  • Excellent writing skills with attention to grammar and tone

  • A self-starter who can maximize results
