A broad range of factors are taken into account, which continuously updates the scoring for optimal accuracy. Community feedback is also accounted for and processed by our AI/ML before providing a caller score.

How does it differ from other tools?

Whois by SIPSTACK is the only tool that provides dyanmic call scoring along with any related information from websites, email addresses, locations and social networks.

How can I manage my own phone number listing?

In the description card box, you can click 'Claim this number', which will guide you to creating an account, followed by steps to verify your phone number before being able to update and manage the listing. This option may not be available in all regions yet.

How can I improve my phone number call score?

A number of factors are processed by our AI/ML systems before providing a call score. Additionally, people looking up your number from different regions may see different scores depending on how often you call those areas and how often community members rate your call as OK. These are just some of the elements accounted for in the call-scoring process. Scores will always be dynamic. You can increase your score by logging in and verifying your phone number with us. Also any addional information added to your profile will also increase your score.

Can I claim multiple phone numbers?

Yes, this is particularly important for companies and business owners. You can verify multiple phone numbers from a single Whois community account, or have greater control when using a SIPSTACK UC powered phone system. Talk to your ITSP / MSP about deploying a SIPSTACK powered system for your business.

Why should I verify my number with SIPSTACK?

Even though SIPSTACK's products are used by many telecom companies to help curb the spam epidemic, not all of them are doing so, leaving millions of people vulnerable. We do our best to present the most up-to date and accurate information. However, there may be instances where this is not the case. If the incorrect information relates to your phone number, you can log in to your profile and correct it. If it pertains to something other than your phone number, submit a ticket at support@sipstack.com with the phone number and the corrections needed
