What it does

Make (formerly Integromat) gives you a visual builder for multi-step automations — useful when Zapier's one-trigger-one-action model is too simple. Branching, filters, iterators, error-handlers, and HTTP modules all work against the Nova and Flare REST APIs and webhooks.

How it integrates

  • Native Make app — OAuth 2.0, modules for triggers, actions, searches.
  • Triggers: instant (webhook) and polling for Nova / Flare events.
  • Actions: send SMS, place call, invoke SARA skill, manage Flare contacts and campaigns.
  • HTTP module as the universal escape hatch for any unmapped endpoint.

Use case 1

Missed call → look up CRM contact → branch on deal stage → SMS or Slack alert.

Use case 2

Iterate over a CSV of phone numbers → personalized SMS campaign with rate limiting.

Use case 3

Inbound SMS keyword "STOP" → mark contact opt-out in 3 systems (Flare, CRM, mailing list).

Use case 4

Error-handler: retry Flare API on 429 with exponential backoff.

Setup

  1. In Make, search "SIPSTACK" and add the app.
  2. Authorize via OAuth.
  3. Build your scenario in the visual editor — drag in a trigger and chain actions.
  4. Schedule or set to "instant" via webhook URL.
