Program Overview
The SIPSTACK Affiliate Program allows individuals and businesses to earn one-time commissions by referring new customers to the platform. Affiliates receive unique tracking links and access to marketing materials to promote SIPSTACK to their audiences.
Participation is free. There are no signup fees, minimum referral requirements, or ongoing costs. You earn a commission on each qualified deal generated through your unique referral link, subject to the 90-day retention requirement described below.
This Agreement governs your participation in the Affiliate Program. By applying you agree to be bound by these terms.
Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a one-time commission per qualified deal:
- $50 per seat for each seat included in the referred customer's subscription
- No minimum per deal — every qualified deal earns commission, including a single seat
Examples:
- 1 seat → $50
- 3 seats → $150
- 6 seats → $300
- 10 seats → $500
- 25 seats → $1,250
Commissions are calculated based on the number of seats in the referred customer's initial subscription. Seats added after the initial subscription are not commissionable unless separately agreed in writing.
Qualification Requirements
A deal is "qualified" when all of the following are true:
- The customer signed up using your unique referral link (12-month attribution window from first click)
- The customer has been continuously active as a paying SIPSTACK subscriber for 90 consecutive days
- The customer has made at least one real payment (trial credit consumption does not count)
- The referral was not self-generated, fraudulent, or in violation of this Agreement
The 90-day retention period begins on the date the referred customer's account is linked to you. If the customer cancels or churns within the first 90 days, the commission is not owed.
Payment Terms
Commissions are processed monthly. Qualified deals are reviewed and approved within 30 days of the end of each calendar month. Payment is issued via gift card or account credit to the email address on your SIPSTACK account.
A $100 minimum account balance is required before payout. Balances below $100 roll over to the following month.
Clawback. If a customer you referred receives a refund, or cancels their SIPSTACK subscription, within 60 days of their first payment, any commission earned on that customer is reversed. Reversed amounts are deducted from your next payout balance.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes on affiliate earnings. SIPSTACK will issue tax forms (1099 for eligible U.S. affiliates) as required by law.
Referral Tracking
Your unique referral link attributes clicks for 12 months. If a prospect clicks your link and signs up within 12 months, the referral is attributed to you. Referrals are attributed on a first-click basis.
Only new SIPSTACK accounts are eligible. Referrals of existing customers do not qualify.
Prohibited Practices
Affiliates may not:
- Bid on SIPSTACK trademarks in paid search advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
- Misrepresent the relationship — you may describe yourself as a SIPSTACK affiliate but may not imply you are SIPSTACK or an official reseller
- Send unsolicited communications (spam email, text blasts) to promote SIPSTACK
- Use cookie stuffing, automated click generation, or any fraudulent means to generate referrals
- Self-refer — you cannot earn commissions on your own account or accounts where you have a financial interest
- Incentivize signups with cash, gifts, or other inducements that are not disclosed
Violations result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.
Compliance
You must comply with all applicable laws when promoting SIPSTACK, including FTC endorsement guidelines (disclosure of the affiliate relationship), CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and applicable telemarketing regulations.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time by written notice. Upon termination:
- You must remove all SIPSTACK marketing materials from your properties
- Commissions already qualified before termination will be paid per the original schedule
- Commissions not yet qualified (client still in the 90-day retention period) are forfeited
SIPSTACK may terminate immediately for violations of this Agreement without payment of any outstanding commissions.
Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. You have no authority to bind SIPSTACK or make representations on its behalf beyond describing the publicly available product.
Modifications
SIPSTACK reserves the right to modify commission rates, qualification requirements, or other program terms with 30 days' notice. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
