Find a Partner

Get hands-on help from a local SIPSTACK partner

Our authorized channel partners provide hardware sourcing, on-site installation, staff training, and ongoing managed support — so you get the best of SIPSTACK's cloud platform with a local team you can call.

What Partners Provide

What a local partner provides

SIPSTACK is your cloud platform — a partner is the local team that handles the physical side, and an additional support layer who knows your environment.

Hardware & Devices

Your partner sources, configures, and deploys IP phones, headsets, and networking gear. Native auto-provisioning for Yealink, Grandstream, and Polycom — or any SIP-compatible device.

Installation & On-Site Setup

Number porting, network assessment, on-site configuration, and go-live testing. Your partner handles the physical side so you don't have to.

Training & Ongoing Support

Staff training, day-two support, and ongoing managed services. An additional layer of embedded support from a local provider who knows your environment.

Common questions about working with a partner

What does a SIPSTACK partner actually do?

Partners are local IT providers — MSPs, ITSPs, and VARs — who handle the hands-on side of your deployment: hardware sourcing, on-site installation, network configuration, staff training, and ongoing managed support. SIPSTACK provides the cloud platform; your partner provides the local expertise.

Do I need a partner to use SIPSTACK?

No. SIPSTACK is fully self-service — you can sign up, configure, and manage everything yourself through Switchboard. Partners are optional for businesses that want additional hands-on help, on-site installation, or prefer working with a local provider who knows their environment.

What hardware do partners work with?

Any SIP-compatible device works with SIPSTACK. Partners typically deploy Yealink, Grandstream, and Polycom phones which support native auto-provisioning. Headsets, conference phones, and networking equipment are also available through partners.

How much does working with a partner cost?

Partners set their own service rates independently from SIPSTACK. Your SIPSTACK subscription pricing stays the same whether you work with a partner or go direct — partners charge separately for hardware, installation, and support services. Ask your partner for a quote.

Can my existing IT provider become a SIPSTACK partner?

Yes. Any IT provider, MSP, or ITSP can apply to become an authorized SIPSTACK channel partner. They get access to the partner portal, training resources, and recurring revenue share on the accounts they manage. Point them to sipstack.com/partners/apply.

What if there's no partner listed in my area?

Submit a partner match request and our team will connect you with a remote-capable authorized partner or help you get started directly. Many partners support clients across their entire region — not just locally — so coverage is often broader than the directory shows.
