How to Restore Access
Section titled “How to Restore Access”- Click Contact billing on the page — it opens an email to the billing team with your organization pre-filled in the subject line (or write directly to billing@sipstack.com).
- For non-payment suspensions, settling the outstanding balance is usually all that’s needed. Billing can take payment and confirm restoration timing.
- For fraud, abuse, or administrative holds, the billing team will explain what triggered the hold and what is required to lift it.
