Perks & Seats
As a channel partner, you receive complimentary Nova PBX seats for your team’s internal phone system. The allocation (and the seat plan) scales with your commission tier — Bronze: 1 Core seat, Silver: 5 Core, Gold: 25 Pro, Platinum: 50 Ultra — and is intended for your own staff. It is not transferable to customers or resellable.
The page shows your tier’s allocation, a utilization bar (seats in use vs. available), and the date your perk activated. The Bronze perk activates after you bring on your first managed customer.
Provision your perk seats via Manage internal users (your own organization’s Account → Users page) and Set up your PBX. Each user you assign to a perk seat gets a Nova extension and full Switchboard access for internal use.
