Team Management
The Team page lets you add other people from your organization as administrators of your partner account. Teammates can take on the day-to-day work — managing customers, sending invitations, viewing earnings — without sharing your personal credentials.
Team seats are distinct from the Perks & Seats allocation (perks are Nova PBX seats for your internal phone system; team seats are administrative logins to the partner portal itself).
There are two roles on a partner workspace:
The founding identity of the partner account — the person who applied to the partner program and is on file with finance. The Owner:
- Has full access to everything an Admin has
- Is the only role that can invite or remove teammates
- Does not count against the seat budget
- Cannot be transferred from inside the portal — contact partners@sipstack.com for ownership transfers
Every invited teammate is an Admin with the same partner-workspace permissions as the Owner’s day-to-day surface:
- Edit Settings (profile, services, coverage, tax fields)
- Send customer Invitations
- View Earnings, Statements, and payout-account status
- Scope into customer organizations (Mode B) and administer them
Admins cannot invite or remove other teammates — team management is gated to the Owner.
Seat limits by tier
Section titled “Seat limits by tier”The number of Admin teammates you can have (the Owner is not counted) scales with your commission tier:
| Tier | Admin seats |
|---|---|
| Bronze | 1 |
| Silver | 3 |
| Gold | 10 |
| Platinum | Unlimited |
| Diamond | Unlimited |
Hitting the limit blocks new invitations until you remove someone. Tier upgrades expand the cap immediately.
Inviting a teammate
Section titled “Inviting a teammate”- Click Invite member on the Team page (Owner only).
- Enter their work email and name.
- Send.
The invitee receives an email with a link valid for 7 days. Clicking the link drops them into a sign-up flow scoped to your partner account — they create a password and land on the partner dashboard as an Admin.
Teammates who have been invited but have not yet signed in show as Pending on the team list.
Removing a teammate
Section titled “Removing a teammate”Each row on the team list has a remove action (Owner only). Removal revokes access immediately and shows the person as Revoked on the roster (their row is kept for the audit history; a previously revoked person can be restored rather than re-invited).
The Owner cannot remove themselves — that would leave the workspace without an owner.
