Customer Invitations
The Invitations page is for one-to-one outreach where you want a controlled signup flow. Each invitation creates a pending customer record, sends an activation link to your prospect, and tracks whether they accept.
Quick reference:
- Each row shows the prospect, status (Pending or Activated), the send date, and the expiry date.
- Invitations expire 30 days after send.
- A pending or expired invitation can be resent, generating a fresh 30-day link (the old one stops working).
- Activated invitations move into Customers.
- Use the referral link instead for broadcast / marketing use where you do not need per-prospect tracking.
