Managing a Customer’s Account
Section titled “Managing a Customer’s Account”As a channel partner, you can scope into a managed customer’s Switchboard to help configure their account. From the Partner Portal:
- Navigate to Customers
- Click Manage on the customer (or use the Recent rail at the top)
The portal navigates to the customer’s workspace (the URL changes to /partner/org/<customer>/...) with the full Nova / Flare / Aura admin surface. A banner across the top reads “Managing: <customer name>” with Back to partner workspace and Exit customer view controls, and your own partner brand stays visible in the header so it is always clear you are acting as yourself on the customer’s behalf.
Customer billing and subscription pages are not available in this scoped view, and any privacy overrides set by the customer are enforced — you will not see data the customer has restricted.
More Portal Pages
Section titled “More Portal Pages”The portal sidebar also carries Perks & Seats, Settings, Team, and an Audit Log. These are covered page-by-page in the Partner Guide:
- Perks & Seats — your complimentary Nova PBX allocation
- Settings — directory profile, services, coverage, and tax registration
- Team Management — invite teammates to administer your partner account
