AI voice agent (Aura) — read agent calls with transcript, summary, and outcome, enumerate voice agents, and manage each agent’s knowledge-base tags. Authenticated with an API key (x-api-key); requires the Nova API tier. Read endpoints need aura:read; the KB write needs aura:write.
