Rewards Program

The SIPSTACK Rewards Program pays you for two things: referring businesses that become paying customers, and writing verified reviews on major review platforms. Rewards accumulate as a balance and are paid out as digital gift cards; the businesses you refer get a signup credit on their new account.

Open it from the avatar menu (top right) → Rewards.

The page has three tabs — Refer & Earn, Reviews, and Payouts — with three summary cards on top: your reward per qualified referral, your pending balance (with the payout threshold), and your lifetime earned total. Reward amounts depend on your account’s billing currency (USD or CAD) and are always displayed on the page itself.

Refer & Earn

1. Share your link — your unique referral URL (https://sipstack.com/r/?code=XXXXXX) is at the top of the tab with a copy button. It never expires.
2. They sign up — when someone creates an account through your link, the referral attaches automatically, and their new organization receives a signup credit (currently $300 USD / $400 CAD, applied automatically and valid for 90 days).
3. You get rewarded — after the referred account makes its first real payment and the referral passes review, your reward (currently $100 USD / $125 CAD) is added to your pending balance.

Counters under your link track clicks → sign-ups → qualified so you can see how your sharing converts. There’s no cap — every qualified referral earns the full reward.

What “qualified” means

A referral qualifies when the referred organization has made an actual payment (trial conversions count once the first invoice is paid — using the signup credit alone does not), and the SIPSTACK team has verified it’s a genuine new customer. Self-referrals and fabricated accounts are disqualified and can lead to removal from the program. Referrals only apply to new SIPSTACK accounts.

Reviews

Leave a verified review of SIPSTACK on a supported platform — Google, G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, Facebook, or LinkedIn — and submit the link to your published review from the Reviews tab. After the team verifies it, a review reward (currently $25 USD / $30 CAD) is added to the same balance.

• One claim per platform per user.
• Each claim shows its status: pending (under review), approved, or paid.

Payouts

Rewards accumulate in your pending balance. Once the balance reaches the payout threshold (equal to one qualified referral — $100 USD / $125 CAD), a ready-for-payout banner appears and your payout is processed as a digital gift card.

• Gift cards are delivered by email. By default they go to your account email; the Payouts tab lets you set a different payout email.
• The tab lists every payout with its status, alongside the full history of what earned it.

Frequently Asked

Is there a minimum to participate? No — your first qualified referral earns the full reward and already meets the payout threshold.

What if someone I referred already had an account? The program only rewards net-new SIPSTACK customers; existing accounts don’t qualify.

Do my referral’s credits cost them anything? No — the signup credit is automatic, applied to their invoices, and expires after 90 days if unused.

Are rewards taxable? Possibly, depending on your jurisdiction — consult your tax advisor.
