Setting Up Operator Managed Routes (Day / Night Mode)
Section titled “Setting Up Operator Managed Routes (Day / Night Mode)”Operator Managed Routes give you manual control over inbound call routing. This is commonly used to toggle between a day mode (routes callers to reception or the auto-attendant) and a night mode (routes callers to a closed greeting or voicemail) without waiting for a scheduled time condition.
