Factory Reset: Cisco / Linksys SPA 942 / SPAXXX Series
Section titled “Factory Reset: Cisco / Linksys SPA 942 / SPAXXX Series”Perform a factory reset to return a Cisco or Linksys SPA series phone to its default settings. This is recommended before provisioning a device that was previously registered on another system.
Reset Steps
Section titled “Reset Steps”- Press the Setup button on the phone.
- Use the Navigation button to scroll to option 14 – Factory Reset.
- Press the OK soft key.
The phone will reboot and return to its factory default state.
