Cisco / Linksys SPAXXX IP Phone Provisioning Guide
Section titled “Cisco / Linksys SPAXXX IP Phone Provisioning Guide”This guide covers how to provision Cisco and Linksys SPA series IP phones on the SIPSTACK network using the phone’s built-in web interface.

Step 1: Find the Phone’s IP Address
Section titled “Step 1: Find the Phone’s IP Address”- Press Menu on the phone.
- Select option 9 (Network).
- Note the IP address displayed on screen.
Step 2: Access the Web Interface
Section titled “Step 2: Access the Web Interface”- Open a web browser on a computer connected to the same network.
- Enter the phone’s IP address in the address bar (e.g.,
http://192.168.1.100). - Press Enter.
Step 3: Configure the Provisioning Server
Section titled “Step 3: Configure the Provisioning Server”- Click Admin in the top-right corner.
- Click Advanced in the top-right corner.
- Select the Provision tab.
- In the Profile Rule field, paste the provisioning URL provided by your SIPSTACK support team.
Step 4: Save and Reboot
Section titled “Step 4: Save and Reboot”- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click Save.
- The phone will reboot and apply the provisioning configuration.
Once the phone comes back online, it will be registered on the SIPSTACK network.
