How to Check Voicemail Remotely
Section titled “How to Check Voicemail Remotely”You can access your voicemail from any phone — including a mobile, hotel phone, or another office line — using the steps below.
- Call your main office number or dial your extension directly.
- Wait for voicemail to answer.
- Press * to access the voicemail menu.
- Enter your voicemail PIN when prompted.
All standard voicemail options (play, delete, save, reply) are available remotely.
Checking a Specific Extension Remotely
Section titled “Checking a Specific Extension Remotely”If you are calling your main office number (rather than dialing your extension directly):
- Call the main office number.
- When the auto-attendant or voicemail answers, enter your extension number.
- Press * and enter your PIN.
